Machine Dreams and Sun Beams mural by artist alecLDN
Since 2022, more than 1,000 people have shared their ideas and taken part in creative activities about public art, colour, Redditch, and Eduardo Paolozzi’s iconic mosaics.
The result is a new public art commission opposite Vue Cinema in the Kingfisher, which reimagines Paolozzi’s original mosaics with Redditch people’s ideas in full view.
Redditch people told Midlands Mosaics their favourite images from the Redditch Mosaics by Eduardo Paolozzi.
Our brilliant artist alecldn used the responses to help him when designing this new mural celebrating the Paolozzi mosaics.
