Experienced Producer
Alice joined Reimagine Redditch in May 2026 with close to a decade of experience across the arts and cultural sector. A versatile creative producer and facilitator, she has led projects spanning live events, creative writing, audio production and social engagement, working with organisations across the West Midlands and beyond.
Having previously worked in various roles at the Royal Shakespeare Company for seven years, Alice has designed and delivered large scale programmes and co-created work with communities, schools and regional theatres across England. Her favourite projects to work on are ones which are loud, curious and champion inclusive, accessible practice – she can’t wait to see what this means for the communities of Redditch as she takes on her new role!
Hiya! I’m Alice!
Across a whirlwind first five weeks, I’ve already been introduced to brilliant teams, creative communities and a town all its own.
I’m a people and value led producer, those values being bravery, curiosity, ecology, respect and joy. I see these values clearly in the work already done by the Reimagine Redditch (RR) team, which is wholeheartedly driven by its own values of inspiration, connection, consideration, imagination and celebration.
That’s a lot of values! Seriously, though, ensuring everyone in Redditch will have the opportunity to take part in and enjoy vibrant cultural experiences is a bit of me! I’m already thoroughly enjoying getting to know the Borough and the great people who live here.
First up, I’m excited to be leading on Reimagine Redditch’s Makers in Motion project. We’re working with world-renowned Motionhouse, an international dance-circus company who create jaw dropping performances from people’s stories, histories and causes. See some of their stunning work here .
We’re hosting live circus-dance performances across Redditch to offer tasters for what we might develop, the next being WILD in the town centre on Saturday 20th June.
